Give

In Jesus we get an insight into the abundantly generous heart of God whose love for us knows no bounds. Understanding what God has done for us liberates us from excessive concern over our material wealth, talents and time. Not only this, it also liberates us to invest them in what is most important in God's eyes. 

Paul provides the motivation for us in 2 Corinthians 8:9:

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. (NIV)

God calls us to be good stewards of what He has given us - spiritually, physically, financially, emotionally. So we aim to live generously and joyfully.
